friendly staff

How it stacks up, my honest take

A lovely escape! Wonderful staff, ready to assist. The hotel boasts chic decor with breathtaking mountain views from spacious rooms. Enjoyed daily breakfast until 11am. the quality was remarkable. Two saunas and a movie theatre added to the relaxation. Perfect for hikers with trails nearby. Can't wait to return!

lack of amenities

the spa was always packed with a bachelorette party, how rude! and only one toilet for the entire lobby area? absoluteley unacceptable. surprisingly, no one offered me any sort of complimentary gesture for my troubles, even after this disastrous experience. i really thought i could manage a good review, but alas, simply couldn’t.

A breathtaking escape into nature

The hotel staff greeted us with warmth and provided invaluable suggestions for nearby hiking routes. Our room offered stunning mountain views and the spa was a perfect retreat after long hikes.

Dining choices could benefit from lighter options, and the music in the dining area was repetitive. we had to request a kettle for our room.
